Order Processing Time:

Upon receiving your order, we pass your order to our suppliers or manufacturers who work diligently to process and prepare it for shipment.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST Monday to Friday, may be processed on the following business day.

Unaccompanied Shipping

Our suppliers and manufacturers partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery of your orders.
We offer free shipping for orders more than £49
For orders less than £50 we charge £6.99
Next day delivery is possible for some products if ordered before 2:00 pm
Standard shipping for most of our partners typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery, in a few cases it may take up to 5 days
Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier delays

Note that our free shipping services only cover Mainland UK, additional charges may be applied at checkout for delivery to Northern Ireland or areas of exceptional postcodes (see below).

Engineered Delivery

For some brands, our partners will not only deliver the product, but also assemble and carry out a demonstration of how to use the product.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery, while shipping to exceptional post codes for certain products can take 10 - 14 days.
Exceptional post codes are: KW1-17, IV1-56, PA1-78, PH1-50, AB10-AB56, SA1-72, LL11-LL78, TR1-27, PL11-PL35
