Are there any warranties on your products?

Can I track my order?

Yes, after your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Depending on the product, we can send you tracking information. You can also call or email us to track your delivery's progress.

Do you offer VAT Relief?

Yes, for most of our products, you can purchase free of VAT.  You need to declare that you or the person you are buying for are chronically ill or disabled and that the products are for personal and domestic use.  You can do this on the product page, before adding the product to cart.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to mainland UK. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the product. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  In addition, you need to also send pictures of the equipment

If your return is accepted instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is your refunds policy?

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if done before shipment.  Refunds are issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
