The ICON 30 FAF is an extremely stable wheelchair that can be used for outdoor activities. It is a SP (Self Propelled) version. It is designed to be pushed by the user. The foldable wheelchair with its fixed anterior frame (FAF) offers several adjustment possibilities and can therefore be adjusted to the needs of its user. Active users appreciate the compactness and safety of this wheelchair. This wheelchair is equipped with a safety belt.
Depending on the user’s activity level, different levels of adjustment can be selected. The front caster angle is adjustable, allowing a wide combination of seat heights and seat angles to support all types of wheelchair users. The wheelchair is constructed from high-strength aluminium tubing with reinforced side frames to ensure a stable connection for the PAWS Power Add-Ons and TRACK WHEEL.

It's still early days, but the chair was dispatched quickly & was very easy to put together as it's 98% built in the box!
My aunt was in her new wheelchair within 48 hours of ordering.
It seems sturdy & comfortable. The footplates are adjustable & the rear handles have quick release levers. The brakes are good too.

Purchased for my wife. It is small but folds up so neatly so doesn’t take up a lot of space and is lightweight so easy to lift in and out of the car. Ideal for occasional use and when travelling, we have a different model which is more comfortable for longer distances but isn’t practical when we go away like this. It even has a lift up handle so we can wheel it when she’s not using it and we even took it on the plane with us as the battery can go through the security scanners, the base unit just goes in the hold. Great little machine.
Easy to fit, just a bit lose on tiller bar just wish it would hold a bit more weight you do still need a nuther bag for the heavy stuff .
Had my ren a few weeks now loverly scooter goes up hills with ease even with my 22stone on it battery seem to last well very pleased I bought it.
I received delivery of my Ren scooter on Thursday 15/02/24 and due to inclement weather haven’t been able to properly test it until today Monday 19/02/24 I must say I am very impressed with the scooter. I live in a community which is quite hilly and at 18 stone am very pleased with the Rens performance The only downside is I found the seat to be a little small and bit uncomfortable.

Since having a nasty fall during the Covid epidemic my mobility has become more of a day to day Challange. For months I'd struggled to get around using a walking stick, but that only made my mobility worse.
After a knowledging my mobility was not going to improve significantly I turned to the mobility scooter option.
The choice of scooter is huge and makes choosing the right model for your needs is difficult.
After lots of research I went for the Ren, it folds down and fits easily into the boot of my car.
Plenty of power for hills and Dispite it's size it's pretty comfortable.
I also purchased front and rear storage bags and a rainproof poncho.
Only negative aspect is no option to fit armrests and no reversing beeper.
Overall I'd recommend the Ren if your looking for a convenient folding car boot size scooter that offers good stability, power, mileage and comfort.

absolutely gorgeous scooter, and the delivery man was excellent, very sweet, and explained everything. took me for a test drive, but I was very nervous, as this machine is very powerful, and takes off very fast, even slightly touching the throttle, I’m sure after a practice a few times, I’ll get used to it.
Thank you for inventing the Ren 😁 I haven't been outside on her yet, but I am looking forward to it. I did phone the other day as the basket that I had ordered was missing from the box delivered. Inside of the box was the Ren, the charger in the box, and the envelope with the paperwork. The strap, tool kit and key ring. The paperwork and videos are amazing, they go above and beyond my expectation. I thought that I would email to make sure that you had received my phone call, and that I had given you enough information to check on my order.
I have had my scooter for nearly six months now and it has been amazing! I have a lot of comments and enquiries about it and everyone likes with Italian scooter look. I have also been given freedom to move around outdoors safely without my scooter shouting that it is for a disabled person.

I ordered my Zinnie last year and the delivery was as promised and there was nothing to assemble and after charging I practiced for a while and then went down the road 🛣️ to the nearby park and went around the lake which I had never been able to do for years.
I went on holiday to Crete and both the airport and the plane were a cinch and throughout the holiday it was so useful.
Whilst away 1of battery failed to charge, on getting home I contacted Betty&Betty customer service who sent me a label to return it but the P/O refused to accept it as it had batteries in it , on getting home I contacted C/S again and again they were very helpful and ask me dispose of it and they set me a replacement next day .
As for the service I've experienced this has got to be the best firm I've dealt with for years and as for the motabilty scooter I went to the Motabilty show and tried many but this one I found to be the one I to overall the best .
